Zero Tolerance Policy for Substance Use
DFW RIDE LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for driver’s use of intoxicating substances in any form. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in immediate termination. Standard Fares
DFW Ride LLC standard Fares. All fares are quoted on the DFWride.com website based on the standard fees for the vehicle type that is selected. DFWride does not offer “hailable” services. All rides are required to be booked online or arranged ahead of time with our dispatch system or live dispatchers directly. Hourly rates are $95-$225 per hour depending on the vehicle type selected at booking, plus applicable toll and surcharges.

If you would like to register a complaint with the City of Dallas, please contact the City at the contact information below:
- By Phone: Simply call 3-1-1 when inside Dallas’ city limits. You may also access Dallas 3-1-1 by calling (214) 670-3111 from any location.

- Mobile Application: Access your phone’s app store, locate and download the Our Dallas mobile app (iPhone App Store, Google Play Store)

DFW Ride
After opting in to receive SMS notifications, you may receive messages including, but not limited to, appointment notifications, follow ups, reminders and upcoming events.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at (682) 999-7879.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. DFW Ride does not share contact information with third parties for marketing purposes and texting opt-out instructions are provided.
